As a supplier and sourcing agent for our clients’ production needs, we understand how important our clients’ business information is to their success. 

We have agreed with our clients not to release their product and/or business information in any way that could potentially hurt their business interests.   In turn, we request all our existing or potential vendors to respect the confidential nature of the information we pass on to them for business development purpose.

As part of the procedure, we request all companies who wish to establish business relationship with us to provide:

1. A copy of  Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement  signed by the owner, or the authorized signing officer
2. A copy of company registration certificate 

We trust all our existing and future vendors respect and abide by the agreement.  To preempt any unwanted infringement, we take the following precautionary measures:

1. Our business information in digital format is encoded, which allows us to track how and where it is being used.
2. We have dedicated personnel routinely screening public and vendor websites to see if our product and trade information is being used without permission. 
3. We have the following resources to help protecting business interest of our company and our clients in our major sourcing country

• Our legal representative in the country.
• Two lawyers with over 25 years combined expertise in commercial fraud and copyright field.
• Consultants with expertise in working with local Administration of Industry and Commerce.

We actively work with our clients to trace, stop and prosecute any company who is trying to copy our designs, logos, patterns, concepts or anything alike.
